Depression is common, but it’s also treatable. Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes a range of events that we experience can result in depressive episodes, feeling down, sad and hopeless. Self esteem is your opinion about yourself. It reflects how you feel about yourself. Low self esteem can negatively impact your life. If you find that you are generally very self-critical, or you consider yourself to be inferior to other people, or you are often socially anxious and tend to avoid social interactions, then you may be experiencing low self esteem. Together we can develop strategies to improve the way you see yourself and create positive thinking about yourself and your life.

Stress can even feel life it’s taking over your life. Have you ever felt so overwhelmed by school or job tasks that even something simple like taking out the rubbish seems like an impossible task? Or perhaps you have trouble meeting deadlines, and you feel like no matter how much time and effort you invest, you’ll never be able to catch up on work or school tasks.
If left unchecked, stress can easily lead to burnout and depression. On top of that, numerous medical conditions can result from prolonged exposure to stress.
